Great starter acoustic. For my nieces seventh birthday, I wanted to get her a decent 3/4 acoustic. When I found this item I was truly amazed. First off, it's made by Dean, I knew ahead of time that it was not a piece of junk. Second, it was only $60. And third, and most important, I was able to find a pink, kid-size guitar that didn't have Hannah freaking Montana on it.

i am enjoying the product. it is the perfect size for me. so it is very user friendly. i am looking forward to getting alot of use out of it, because i am a music teacher.

pretty and not bad for the money, but the bag is terrible! The guitar is decent for the money and my daughter loves it. It doesn't seem to stay in tune well, though and I'm told it's only a step up from a toy. The gig bag is worthless. I don't understand why it opens at the bottom. Seems impossible to put in take out without messing up the tuning. The strap hangs at an awkward angle and so the handles. We've given up on it. It has no padding or protection, so don't think this is a great deal because it includes a case.

This is a nice, nice, NICE little guitar for the money! Best hundred bucks I ever spent. It is NOT a cheap balsawood toy like so many of the 3/4 size guitars out there. It is a well designed, well built, small body short scale guitar. It played great straight out of the box. Yeah, I'll get a professional set-up, but it'll happen on a when-I-get-around-to-it basis. Gibson Arlo Guthrie LG-2 3/4 Acoustic Guitar

The 3 4 guitar was a classic Gibson LG-2 that was actually in pieces, yet Gibson chose to take on the fragile task of rebuilding the much loved musical instrument. After several monther, they have completed the refurbishment and showed the rebuilt acoustic guitar to Arlo, Gibson made a decision to reissue the Arlo Guthrie LG-2 guitar as part of its Signature Series line of acoustic guitars.
